We are currently offering FREE SHIPPING (via UPS Ground) on all orders within the Continental US! (Customers in Alaska and Hawaii are subject to additional shipping costs). We also offer shipments via FedEx Ground for additional shipping charges (~$10).
Orders for in-stock items placed before 1:00 P.M Mountain time, Monday thru Friday should be shipped same day. Orders received after 1:00pm will ship the following business day. Orders placed after 1:00pm on Friday or on weekends will ship the following Monday, with the exception of holidays.
Due to the delicate nature of some of our products, we may remove them from their original packaging to inspect them before sale. This includes some guitars and amplifiers. In rare cases we find it impossible to repackage them into their original boxes. In these cases acceptable replacement boxes are used. When shipping the product to our customers we take care in ensuring they are packaged properly to prevent any damage in transit. Products shipped in replacement boxes still carry any warranties or guarantees that apply.
Most of our products are shipped out via UPS (or FedEx). This includes guitars, amplifiers, keyboards and any other larger products. Any small products such as strings, cable adaptors, etc. will be sent out via USPS to ensure faster delivery times. In these cases you will be notified via e-mail about the carrier change.
